What are the shipping times for your products ?

We take 2-4 days to process your order and usually 2-3 weeks to deliver it to you.

Our offices are located in Hérault, France.
Our international warehouse is located in China.

Do you provide product tracking/tracking information ?

Absolutely, go to the "track my order" section, and enter your order information.

What if I have entered an incorrect delivery address ?

If the delivery address is incorrect, you must send us an email within 60 minutes of ordering.

We cannot guarantee 100% that the changes will be made. Please be sure to check your order before confirming your purchase.
If your order has been shipped to an incorrect address as indicated in your contact information, we will have to wait until the order is returned to us before we can proceed with the replacement.

Some items are missing from my order, what happens ?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. 
If, for example, it contains items from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most certainly arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do ?

We are sorry to hear that. 
Simply send us a picture of the damaged item to the email address : 
contactbeautysiana@gmail.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

How do I know if my payment is secure ?

When you purchase online using your credit card, all your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. 
Your information is then encrypted by SSL and sent directly to our payment service provider’s network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

What kind of payment are available ?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Amex). However, we do not accept cheques, money orders or bank transfers.

I still haven’t received my order. What’s taking so long ?

Do you have a refund policy ?

Yes, absolutely.
We do our best to solve any problems our customers might encounter with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, in case the appeal is made within 30 days from the date of the order and the product or products concerned are not balanced.
